Ages: (Girls 11-16) and (Boys: 10-14)
Best for: Players who want extra help with one specific skill.
These are one-day clinics, not full programs. Athletes do not need to know rotations, but they should be ready to focus on serving, diving, or hitting for the full class.
Ages: (Girls 9-14) and (Boys: 10-12)
Best for: New players or players with less than 6 months of experience.
No experience is required. Athletes will learn the basics of passing, setting, hitting, serving, transitioning, and simple gameplay.
Ages: (Girls 11- 15) and (Boys: 10-12)
Best for: Players who already know the basics and are ready for more advanced movement.
Athletes should already be able to pass, set, hit, and serve overhand from about half court. This level introduces swing blocking, transitioning, defense, spot serving, jump serving, and setting from the back row.
Ages: (Girls 12-17) and (Boys: 11-14)
Best for: Players ready to learn rotations, court movement, and tournament-style play.
Athletes should already know swing blocking, transitioning, and setting from the back row. This level is for players with prior rotations training, a coach recommendation, JV experience, or a passing score on the entrance quiz.
Ages: (Girls 12- 16) and (Boys: 11- 14)
Best for: Players preparing for school, club, JV, freshman, or 8th grade tryouts.
Athletes should already have a strong foundation and be able to handle multiple skills at once. They should be able to pass to a target, set a hittable ball, and work with other athletes in game-like drills.
