Two suspects were arrested Tuesday morning after an armed carjackingand crash in downtown Baltimore.Baltimore police say the carjacking happened around 7 a.m. in the 1600 block of Bolton Street.A short time later, the two men crashed the stolen car into parked cars downtown.Police arrested Jawon Johnson, 18, and Larry Owens, 16. Morgan was ordered to drop his hatchet and complied.Fire officials found that Morgan had set two fires inside the dwelling, in the living room and dining room. Both were extinguished before fire personnel arrived. Morgan threatened arson because he was angry at his brother for touching his lawnmower, fire officials said.
