Nearly a fifth of profitable U.S. corporations pay no federal income taxes.That s according to a new analysis by the U.S. Government Accountability Office, which was asked to explore the issue of corporate taxes by Sen. Rick Perry for making the vaccine mandatory for girls in Texas. After the debate, she charged that the vaccine, which prevents the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus that causes cervical cancer, is dangerous and could cause mental retardation.
