Search teams on Wednesday recovered another flight recorder from a military plane that crashed in the Black Sea, killing all 92 people aboard, the defence ministry said.        Rescuers lift a piece of the crashed Tu-154 military plane during searches in the un stanley cup derwater area outside Sochi, in the Black Sea. AFP Photo     The first flight recorder was found the previous day and experts have started analysing its data, seeking to identify the cause of the crash.   The Tu-154 of the Russian defence ministry crashed into the sea early Sunday, two minutes after taking off in good weather from the city of Sochi. It was carrying members of the Alexandrov Ensemble, widely known as the Red Army Choir, to a New Years concert at a Russian military base in Syria. The ministry said 15 bodies and 239 body fragments have been recovered from the crash site. It previously said 17 bodies had been found. A massive recovery effort has involved 3,600 people, including about 200 navy divers flown to the site from all over Russia. They have been aided by drones and submersibles. Investigators were looking into whether the crash might stanley cup  have been caused by bad fuel, pilot error, equipment failure or objects stuck in the engines. The top Russian investigative agency said it had taken sam stanley cup ples from a fuel tank used to fill the plane, which flew from Moscows Chkalovsky military airport and stopped in Sochi for refueling.    In this image made from video and provided by the Russian Emergency Ministry Press  Mktz New Zealand warns hikers away from  Lord of the Rings  volcano

Our political experience is one month and one week,  said Bughaeis, who teaches orthodontics and earned her degree at Newcastle University in Britain. She stepped forward to help as the Feb. 17 opposition began to coalesce.  We didn t have anything. To start work in this environment was very hard.  She is now helping the opposition cope with the intern mizuno ational media, an important role as foreign governments weigh up their relationship with the rebels. Gheriani has emerged as one of the main spokesmen. He said he was in Benghazi when the first protests broke out and he joined them.   We thought it would just last a day or two then Gaddafi would put it down. But in a few days the east was liberated. People just started to show up at the courthouse.   He was speaking in the rebel
