That incident occurred on Jan. 25 on Summerwood Trail in Hixson.Kevin Durrence, 27, who was also involved in the incident, was arrested by Chattanooga police on Jan. 26. He is also charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.Roberts was the passenger in a silver BMW driven by Dillon Reed, who is also known as Dillon Johnson.
